Charges Held for Court Against Man Accused of Indecent Assault on Greyhound Bus

Ronald H. Miller Jr., 50, of Philadelphia was held for court last week by District Judge Kim M. Hoots on charges of indecent exposure, harassment-subject other to physical contact and disorderly conduct-engage in fighting after an incident on a Greyhound bus traveling along the Parkway East on Aug. 26. According to a criminal complaint filed by Pennsylvania State Police, Miller was a passenger on the bus. A woman on the bus accused Miller of standing in front of her in a straddle position with his genitals partially exposed. She told police he started to pull down the front of his pants. The woman told Miller to get away from her three times and, when he finally moved, she ran to alert the bus driver. Miller was jailed on $50,000 bail but …
