Fugitive on Run for 12 Years Arrested in Swissvale Friday
Neal Jones was among 10 Mon Valley suspects who were part of Tremaine 'Munch' Briston’s drug ring arrested by Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics investigators in 2001.
Neal Jones, 56, a fugitive who had been on the run for nearly 12 years, was arrested without incident at approximately 12:30 pm. Friday in the 2000 block of Noble Street in Swissvale by the U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force. Jones was wanted on an Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas bench warrant issued on April 27, 2001 for multiple counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Jones was among 10 Mon Valley suspects who were part of Tremaine “Munch” Briston’s drug ring arrested by Attorney General’s Bureau of Narcotics Investigators on Feb. 8, 2001.
