Tell us which one you think is the worst in the Forest Hills-Regent Square area.
Whether it's the volume of traffic, the timing of the lights or people who consistently run the light after it turns red, everyone has an intersection they love to hate. Maybe you avoid that intersection at rush hour. Or when school buses cause congestion as school dismisses for the day. Maybe it's the pedestrians who think "yield to pedestrians in crosswalk" means they can not make eye contact, walk in front of a moving car and expect you to stop even though you're almost at the crosswalk. Or the on-street parking spaces that require people to parallel park as they back up traffic. And there are a few intersections that have been scenes of fatal accidents through the years. Braddock Avenue near Roslyn and Westmorland Avenue. The lights have been out of sync for years causing back ups morning and night. It really backs up when Kennywood is open. more ›
