Search for Missing Bridgeville Man Continues in Wilkinsburg Area
His car was found Friday in a wooded area at the top of Digital Drive, not far from Ardmore, and cellphone GPS traces put his location in the same area.
An elderly man who went missing after a traffic accident in the 400 block of Ardmore Boulevard on Thursday still has not been found. On Thursday, Laurie "Larry" McDonald, 81, called his wife and told her that he was walking to a gas station after getting into an accident at about 9 p.m. near the 400 block of Ardmore Boulevard, police said. WTAE-TV reports that McDonald's car was found at about 3 a.m. Friday in a wooded area at the top of Digital Drive, not far from Ardmore, and police said cellphone GPS traces put his location in the same area.
