Do not let them apprais your jewelry, I had them appraise my gold jewelry and they told me it was worth $300. I had another jewelry store in monroeville appraise the same gold jewelry and they told me it was worth $733.20 that is a big difference!!

I visited this store to purchase a gift for my mother. Their prices were the same as the national chains. The service was great; the ladies who helped me were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. One day I was walking down the street nearby and one of the women recognized me and asked how my mom liked her gift. You can't find that kind of service in a corporate store!
