We bought a Kenmore chest freezer at Kmart. It worked for three months and broke. My complaint is with Sears, who did not stand by their product. By the time they sent a repairman out, it was past the time to get a refund. The manager at Kmart did nothing to help us. NEVER buy an appliance from Sears, there's a whole website with complaints.
