At 561 acres, Frick Park is the largest regional park in Pittsburgh. The park features an environmental center, an art and historical center, historical gatehouse entrances, a 151-acre nature reserve and the Nine Mile Run Watershed. Dogs are allowed in the park, but must be on a leash at all times; pets are not allowed on playgrounds and courts. Alcoholic beverages can be consumed with a special permit, and glass items cannot be brought into the park.
