Officially opened in 1913 and completed in 1925, and named after the beloved President Abraham Lincoln, the Lincoln Highway spans from Times Square in New York to San Francisco, California and remains the first transcontinental route. This year marks the centennial birthday of the Lincoln Highway, and what more appropriate way to celebrate than touring the area along the route people used 100 years ago.
