Woodland Hills Senior and Wolverine Michael J. Smith (#11) was awarded the Outstanding Student Athlete Award and Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Performance from the Great American Rivalry Series at the Woodland Hills Wolverines home opener on August 30th. Mike has been a stellar scholar for the last three years and has balanced athletics with academic excellence on the Mock Trial Group and being the President of the Expect Respect Club. With a QPA of 3.7, he is the perfect example of an outstanding student athlete! Mike is the son of Michael and WHFBA Treasurer Michelle Smith and is the brother of Ashley and WH Varsity Cheerleading Coach Myia Smith, and plans to attend college to become a lawyer.
