Edgewood, Swissvale & Wilkinsburg Residents Invited to Participate in Tree Committee
Nine Mile Run Watershed Association is hosting an event for potential tree tenders.
Anyone interested in tending to trees can volunteer with the Nine Mile Run Watershed Association.
On Thursday, Aug. 8, at 7 p.m., the association—it covers the communities of Edgewood, Swissvale and Wilkinsburg—will be holding a Tree Tenders Information Night and Mixer.
The event is for people in the watershed who are interested in caring for trees and planning future tree planting projects.
