Woodland Hills Vies for WPIAL AAAA Title Friday at Heinz Field

The Wolverines take on top-seeded North Allegheny in the championship matchup at 2 p.m.

Woodland Hills Football Network's Adam Gusky and Wolverines Coach George Novak talk about last week’s semi-final 42-20 victory against Upper St. Clair and preview this Friday’s WPIAL Championship game against North Allegheny at Heinz Field at 2 p.m.

In this week's video, Novak also talks about what has made this year’s Woodland Hills team special and gives a preview of the other semi-final game between North Allegheny and Seneca Valley.

Gusky and Fred Guy will be on hand for the action this Friday as the seventh-seeded Wolverines take on the top-seeded North Allegheny in the final matchup of the year for the WPIAL AAAA title.

Coverage on WLFP 1550-AM, MSA Sports and Verizon FiOS Ch. 37, Monroeville Comcast channel 13 and Penn Hills Comcast channel 98, will begin at 1:45 p.m. ROOT Sports coverage begins at 2 p.m.

Since the WPIAL Championship game is during the day, Woodland Hills Football Network's radio station will be broadcasting at full power and the broadcast can be picked up throughout the Pittsburgh area. So turn down the volume on Root Sports, turn on your radio and listen to the “Voice of the Wolverines”.

Online radio feed of the game can be found here.
