Two students from the Woodland Hills Academy were the Wolverine Spirit Awardees for January 2012.

At the January school board meeting, seventh grader Amyre Collins was selected for this honor because, “he consistently works hard and demonstrates the attributes of a G.R.E.A.T. student. He strives to be well-read, well-spoken, well- traveled, well-rounded, and is consistently well-dressed.”

Collins was nominated for this award by Academy faculty member Ebony Taylor.
