Propel Braddock Hills Student Named Luminari Award Scholar

He will receive $1,200 for admission to a Luminari camp.

Troy Miles, a student at Propel Braddock Hills High School, has been named one of the 2013 Luminari Award Scholars.

He will receive an award of $1,200 for admission to Luminari's "I Want to Be an Ambassador!" camp. Luminari, a Pittsburgh-based nonprofit organization,  chose awardees based on merit.

Students who demonstrated motivation, open-mindedness and the willingness to pursue inspiration with "out of the box" activities. Each student also must excel both personally and academically at their respective school.
