Students at Dickson Elementary School in Swissvale took visitors on a journey around the world last week.
The 4th Annual "Journey Around the World: A Celebration of Cultures" event was presented to students at school, as well as parents and community members during an evening open house.
Students received "passports" to travel to different regions of the Earth. Each grade level learned about a different section of the world and presented information to their visitors.
