Residents Petition Against GetGo
The petition will be presented to Edgewood Council tonight.
A group of residents and property owners have signed a petition against the of a Giant Eagle in Regent Square, and will present it to Council at its meeting tonight.
The sent a message to the community Monday morning, stating that residents will attend the meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the borough building.
Others can review and sign the petition at the store at South Braddock and Hutchinson before the meeting.

The owner of the Sunoco gas station at the site, Dave Gerenyi, is in talks with Giant Eagle to sell the space, which could be turned into a GetGo station. The sale is not yet final.
