Forest Hills Manager Explains 2013 Borough Budget

Borough Manager Steve Morus discusses the 2013 budget in the latest edition of 'Tree City Times.'

Forest Hills Council was at a disadvantage working to prepare the 2013 municipal budget because it was unsure of the final assessed valuation of borough properties.

Due to the number of property assessment appeals, the borough was in limbo in creating a final millage rate. The final figures on which the millage is based would be impacted by the success of residents in receiving a lower assessment upon appeal.

Borough Manager Steve Morus explains this year's budget in detail in the latest edition of the borough's "Tree City Times." Click here to read.
