It's almost here: The day we finally get to cast our votes for the president, vice president, Congressional candidates, state offices, state senators and state representatives.
If you are registered to vote, you're set—as long as you know where to go to cast your ballot. Not sure? Click here to find Allegheny County's handy site that lets you search for you polling place.
Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
Remember, although poll workers are allowed to ask for a photo ID before you vote, you do not need to present one to cast your ballot—one of the provisions of Commonwealth Court Judge Robert Simpson's ruling on the state’s voting law.
Simpson ruled Oct. 2 that Pennsylvania's tough new Voter ID Law should be put on hold until after the Nov. 6 general election.
Check with Patch throughout the day and evening Tuesday for complete Election Day coverage.
