Community Meeting to Focus on Flooding

Due to recent tragedies and flooding problems, a community meeting is scheduled in Squirrel Hill.

Following recent flooding and drainage problems due to several heavy rainstorms in the Pittsburgh area, city councilman Doug Shields is organizing a community meeting for residents to give public comments on their own experiences.

When: 6 p.m., Oct. 10

Where: Jewish Community Center, 5738 Forbes Avenue
