Two Men Charged in Wilkinsburg Woman's Killing
Police say the men lured the victim to a neighborhood to rob her.
William McGraw, of McKeesport, and Timothy Brock, of East Liberty, are charged with shooting and killing 28-year-old Monica Proviano, according to the Post-Gazette.
Police say Proviano was a jitney driver who became the victim of a plot to lure her into the neighborhood and rob her, according to WTAE.
The two 19-year-old suspects are charged with homicide, conspiracy and robbery. They are in the Allegheny County Jail.

Proviano was found dead on South Trenton Avenue in Wilkinsburg on April 10 with a gunshot to the face.
