Three Facing DUI Charges, One Drug Case in Court this Week

The following cases recently were heard by in :

Anne E. Denton, 25, of Homewood waived her right to a preliminary hearing on charges of two counts of driving under the influence, disregard of the traffic lane and careless driving. She was charged March 11 by Forest Hills police.

Beth A. Voss, 23, of Lawrenceville waived her right to a preliminary hearing on charges of two counts of driving under the influence, driving the wrong way, disregard of the traffic lane and careless driving. She was charged March 12 by Forest Hills police.

Richard D. Malin, 68, of Monroeville waived his right to a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence, disregard of the traffic lane, driving at safe speed and careless driving. He was charged Feb. 3 by state police.

Arthur A. Scott, 37, of Swissvale was held for court on charges including manufacturing with intent to deliver, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance. Swissvale police charged him Feb. 16.
