A SWAT situation in Swissvale ended peacefully Wednesday morning.
Swissvale police, fire and EMS responded to a Woodstock Avenue home at around 9:45 after a man threatening to hurt himself locked himself in.
Police Chief Greg Geppert said the man was intoxicated and turned the gas up. Allegheny County SWAT and the gas company were called to the scene.
Geppert said no one was injured.
