  • Police assisted in responding to a two-car accident at West Swissvale and Sedon, which was due to icy road conditions.

  • Police responded a complaint of incorrect change given at restaurant. The workers were advised.

  • Edgewood police responded to a report of an open door at 106 Gordon. The residence was cleared and found to be somewhat in order. The department of public works was notified to re-secure the door.

  • Police responded a report of a robbery after a woman had her purse stolen from her on Laurel Street near the gate to Edgewood Towne Center. The victim was on her way to work at Wendy’s. The suspect fled in a dark car parked on Laurel Street.
