Judge Caulfield Hears Robbery, Drug and DUI Cases

Forest Hills District Justice Thomas Caulfield heard the following cases on July 24:

  • Kristina Marie Lehman, 52, of Forest Hills, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of theft and two counts of robbery. Forest Hills police filed the charges on July 10 after a robbery at an Ardmore Boulevard business. Lehman also faces charges in connection with North Versailles and Wilkins robberies.
  • Jordan Clowney, 22, of Swissvale, was held for court on charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest. Swissvale police filed the charges after a July 6 incident at the borough park-and-ride lot.
  • Carrie M. Mammay, 27, of Pittsburgh, waived a preliminary hearing a charge of operating a vehicle without financial responsibility, three counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance and four traffic violations. Two counts of recklessly endangering another person were withdrawn. State police filed the charges after a Dec. 24, 2012, accident on the parkway.
  • Charles Anthony Holiday, 51, of South Oakland, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving with a suspended license, careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Five traffic violations were withdrawn. State police filed the charges after a March 16 incident on the parkway ramp off of Ardmore Boulevard.
  • Remone Clemmons, 28, of East Pittsburgh, waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Two traffic violations were withdrawn. Swissvale police filed the charges after a June 6 incident on South Braddock Avenue at Roslyn Street.
  • Rahsaan Hodari Samuels, 37, of Swissvale, waived a preliminary hearing on two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Swissvale police filed the charges after a June 10 incident on Manor Avenue.
