Judge Caulfield Hears DUI, Theft Cases

Forest Hills District Justice Thomas Caulfield heard the following cases on June 19:

  • Stephanie L. Servocky, 32, of Wilkins, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of theft and receiving stolen property. She is accused of stealing $2,500 from the lottery machine at Puff Discount Tobacco in Braddock Hills while she was manager. County police filed charges on Oct. 1, 2012.
  • James Henry Dorsey IV, 26, of Wilkinsburg, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance--second offense. A traffic violation charge was withdrawn. Forest Hills police filed the charges after a June 19 incident on Dorothy and John streets.
  • Erskine Lee Mitchell, 43, of Homewood, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving with a blood alcohol content of 0.02 or greater with a suspended license, careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Two traffic violations were withdrawn. Swissvale police filed the charges after an April 11 incident on South Braddock Avenue and Church Street.
  • Dennis Keenan, 22, of East Pittsburgh, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. A charge of speeding was withdrawn. Forest Hills police filed the charges after an April 18 incident on Greensburg Pike.
  • Samantha Jo Nicholson, 26, of Forest Hills, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of careless driving and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance. Four traffic violations were withdrawn. State police filed the charges after a Feb. 1 incident on the Parkway East in Churchill.
  • Gary Pronio, 28, of Monroeville, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving and intent to possess a controlled substance. A charge of driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance was withdrawn. Churchill police filed the charges after a June 12 incident on William Penn Highway.
  • Benjamin R. Klink, 30, of Wilkins, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of false ID to law enforcement, intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Charges of tampering with evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia were withdrawn. Churchill police filed the charges after a June 6 incident on Kingsdale Road.
  • Kyle G. Lombardi, 43, of Penn Hills, was held for court on charges of disorderly conduct, simple assault and harassment. Forest Hills police filed the charges after a May 26 incident at the Ardmore Shopping Center.
  • John Chicchitello, 45, of Swissvale, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of intent to possess of a controlled substance. Swissvale police filed the charge after a May 21 incident on Edgewood Avenue.
