Hearing Rescheduled for Man Who Exposed Himself on Bus

According to the criminal complaint, Ronald H. Miller Jr., 49, of Philadelphia was arrested by state police and charged with indecent exposure, harassment and disorderly conduct.
When a woman awoke from a nap around 7 a.m. on June 14, Miller was standing in front of her with his genitals "partially exposed," according to the criminal complaint. The woman yelled and alerted the driver as the bus was passing eastbound on the Parkway through Edgewood.

Miller's preliminary hearing, originally scheduled for this past Thursday, was rescheduled for 8:30 a.m. on June 28.
In Judge Kim M. Hoots' absence, no criminal dispositions were heard in Wilkinsburg's district court this week. Check back next Friday for the results of Miller's and others' hearings.
