Edgewood Police Reports: Shooting & Retail Thefts at Edgewood Towne Centre

Here are the Edgewood police reports for March 22 to March 30.

Police continue to search for suspects involved in a March 30 shooting at the Edgewood Towne Centre.

Three bystanders were injured during the shooting. Allegheny County homicide detectives have issued an arrest warrant for Tyron Manns, 23, of the North Braddock area. For more information, click here.

Three others were charged in connection to the shooting on Tuesday.

The following also were reported to Edgewood police:

  • Susan Annette Chernick, 46, of Swissvale was charged with retail theft, defiant trespassing and disorderly conduct. She is accused of stealing a cart of groceries at the Edgewood Towne Centre Giant Eagle on March 26.
  • Stacie Kukla, 28, of Pittsburgh was charged with retail theft after a March 25 incident at the Edgewood Towne Centre Giant Eagle.
  • Four retail thefts were reported at the Edgewood Towne Centre Giant Eagle on March 24 and 27—two on each day. All four offenders will be privately prosecuted.
  • Police responded to reports of an intoxicated man in front of the Wine & Spirits at the Edgewood Towne Centre on March 26.
