  • Edgewood police assisted Wilkinsburg officers on a report of three men carrying firearms near Penn and avenues.
  • Edgewood police assisted Swissvale officers with a driving under the influence arrest. Alphonso Ellis had a .170 percent blood alcohol content after a breath test.

  • Police responded to an open door at Koenig Field. Building was secure.
  • Police charged Kyle Wilson after a traffic stop near exit 77 on the Parkway East with possession of heroin and marijuana. Police also found more than $6,000 in the car.
