Courts: Men Charged with DUI

A look at local court cases.

The following cases recently were heard by in :

Robert John Antolovich, 22, of Turtle Creek waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of two counts of driving under the influence, careless driving, damaging property and accidental damage to unattended vehicle. Antolovich was arrested Aug. 1 after an accident involving a stone retaining wall at a home on Farnsworth.

Tammy Terry, 32, of Irwin was held for court on three charges of bad checks. The complaint was made by Laurel Properties in Apollo on Dec. 15, 2009, according to court documents.

Joseph Paul Yaklich, 54, of North Huntigdon was held for court on charges of two counts of driving under the influence and improper license plate display. Forest Hills police arrested Yaklich after being called to Ardmore Boulevard Oct. 28, 2010 for a report of erratic driving.
