Courts: Man Charged with Indecent Assault of a Minor, DUI Arrests

The following cases recently were heard by in :

Pamela Lee Cannata, 41, of Highland Park waived her right to a preliminary hearing on charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and forgery. She was charged by Churchill police March 20 after it was found she withdrew $9,765 from her sister’s business account, according to the police criminal complaint.

Aaron White, 38, of Penn Hills waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of making a false report, identity theft, driving while vehicle registration is suspended,  driving while suspended, and showing false identification to law enforcement. Forest Hills police charged him March 16.

Hector L. Feliciano, 50, of Long Beach, NJ waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of careless driving, restrictions on alcoholic beverages and DUI of the highest rate. Churchill police charged Feliciano March 17 after a traffic stop.

Terry L. Jones, 56, of East Liberty waived in court this week on charges of two counts of driving under the influence, driving the wrong way, and careless driving. Jones was charged March 16 by Forest Hills police.

Onterio Anthony Ford, 50, of Homewood was held for court on charges of corruption of minors, indecent assault of a minor less than 16 years old, endangering the welfare of children, two counts of indecent assault of a person less than 13 years old and two counts of indecent assault. Charges were filed March 12 by Allegheny County police in Churchill. Churchill police requested assistance by the county police  Feb. 17 in the investigation in which a 12 year old said Ford touched her inappropriately.

Robert Henry Murphy, 54, of East Pittsburgh waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of two counts of driving under the influence, disregard of the traffic lane, careless driving, no rear lights. Charges were filed March 16 by Forest Hills police.
