Courts: DUI Charges, Woman Charged with Endangering Others

The following cases recently were heard by in :

Matthew Bechtel, 27, of Arlington, Virginia waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of criminal mischief, two counts of driving under the influence and reckless driving. Forest Hills police charged him with the crimes Nov. 24 after being dispatched to Marwood Road. Bechtel reportedly drove his car into the borough park, where it was stuck in the mud. Police said he appeared to be disoriented and confused, according to the police criminal complaint, and also said he failed field sobriety tests.

Timothy D. Crone, 58, of Braddock waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of two counts of driving under the influence, failure to keep right and failure to yield. He was charged Dec. 28 by Braddock police.

Jameelah L. Miller, 23, of Forest Hills waived her right to a preliminary hearing on charges of four counts of recklessly endangering another person, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct. Allegheny County Police charged her Feb. 11 after she reportedly attempted to burn her apartment down on Ardmore Boulevard. For details, .
