Michael Jason Stevick, 31, of Falls Church, Va. waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of aggravated assault by vehicle while driving under the influence, recklessly endangering another person, two counts of driving under the influence, obedience to traffic control devices disregard of the traffic lane, driving at safe speed, careless driving and reckless driving. Stevick was charged by state police March 14 after an accident occurred on the off ramp of the Churchill exit on the Parkway East.
Shondre Ellis Barnes, 23, of Homestead waived her right to a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence, disregard of the traffic lane, turning signals required and careless driving. She was charged Feb. 4 by Churchill police.

Daniel Wallace Lekovitch of Swissvale waived his right to a preliminary hearing on a simple assault charge. Swissvale police arrested him Jan. 9 after a woman reported that Lekovitch hit her in the face, according to the criminal complaint.
