Courts: DUI Arrests, Careless Driving, Vandalism Charges

The following cases recently were heard by in :

Edward Walter Thomas, 71, of Forest Hills waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving. Churchill police charged him Dec. 8.

Delrico McClinton, 22, of Turtle Creek waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of two counts of vandalism. He was charged by Turtle Creek police Jan. 10.

Maurice Todd Prince, 23, of West Mifflin waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of recklessly endangering another person and escape. He was charged Jan. 12 by Turtle Creek police.

Quinlan B. Dean, 25, of West Mifflin waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges of two counts of driving under the influence, too slow for conditions and careless driving.
