The Wilkinsburg Affordable Housing Coalition will hold an information housing fair to inform local residents about housing repair services and other programs available to them. The free event will be at the Landmarks Preservation Resource Center in Wilkinsburg.
Attendees will learn more about low- and no-cost services offered by local organizations, including Habitat for Humanity, Rebuilding Together Pittsburgh, NeighborWorks, Wilkinsburg Christian Housing, and Pittsburgh Housing Development Association. The services include:
- Home repairs
- Weatherization
- Reduced-cost services to senior citizens, veterans, and low-income families; and
- Free financial, homebuyer education, and counseling services at NeighborWorks Western Pennsylvania.
