Global Peace Games in Wilkinsburg

Play Soccer Pittsburgh invites children, ages 8-13, to the Wilkinsburg Boys and Girls Club for a morning of sporting activities on Sat., Sept. 21. The event is free and open to the public. Registration begins at 9:30 am. 

The event will be part of a global observance of the United Nations International Day of Peace, and will include soccer games to promote teamwork and conflict resolution, the signing of the UNESCO Manifesto for Peace, and more. Lunch will be provided for children and volunteers.
