Using Energy Wisely Workshop

A free workshop on energy savings will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 4, at the Wilkinsburg Borough Building, sponsored by Pittsburgh Housing Development Association, Inc.


A Duquesne Light Company representative will lead the workshop, entitled Using Energy Wisely, and provide tips on how to save money on your electric bill. The hour-long presentation will look at a variety of low-cost ideas in five areas that can impact your monthly bill, including heating, cooling, lighting, water heating, and the kitchen. Attendees also will receive a free ENERGY STAR qualified light bulb.
