Sq. Hill Tunnel Cleaning Next Week
Here's a look at traffic for next week on the Parkway East.
PennDOT District 11 is announcing single lane restrictions in the Squirrel Hill Tunnel on the Parkway East (I-376) will occur next week, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, Aug. 22, 24-25.
Crews will be cleaning inside the tunnel. Single lane closures will occur from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. according to the following schedule:
- Outbound (eastbound) Monday and Wednesday nights, Aug. 22 and 24
- Inbound (westbound) Thursday night, Aug. 25
Note: Work won’t begin until after traffic subsides from Pirates game Monday night.
