Snow Expected Tuesday Night

The National Weather Service in Moon Township has issued a winter weather advisory for our area.

We didn't have a white Christmas, but snow is expected tonight.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for Southwestern PA that goes into effect at 7 Tuesday evening to 4 a.m. Wednesday.

About 1 to 4 inches of wet snow is expected to accumulate through early Wednesday morning. Temperatures will be in the low 30s, and wind gusts up to 5 miles-per-hour are a possibility.

Hazardous travel conditions are expected due to snow covered roads and limited visibility. Use caution while driving.
