Road Repairs Will Cause Minor Delays in Edgewood

Repairs on Brinton Road will cause delays beginning Wednesday and ending Friday evening.

PennDOT District 11 announced it will begin making concrete repairs on Route 2120 (Brinton Road) in Edgewood starting Wednesday.

PennDOT maintenance crews will be repairing and replacing concrete on Brinton Road between Ardmore Boulevard (Route 30) and McKelvey Avenue. Only minor restrictions and preliminary work will occur on Wednesday.

Beginning at 4 a.m. on Thursday, single lane alternating use traffic will occur continuously through approximately 6 p.m. on Friday.

Motorists should expect delays and stop conditions. PennDOT advises travelers to use caution, slow down and be aware of changing traffic patterns when driving through the area.
