I know we would all love to be able to cook a delicious meal made from scratch every night of week, but let's face it - we're busy.
So sometimes, frozen options and a little creativity can go a long way.
Sitting down for dinner is one of the most important times of the day because it gives you a chance to reconnect with your loved ones at the end of a hard day's work! This simple meal will allow you to do just that -- no matter how crazy your schedule might be!

Tortellini in Alfredo Sauce
1 package frozen tortellini
I jar of any Alfredo sauce

- Boil tortellini according to package directions
- While tortellini is boiling, heat jar of alfredo sauce over medium low heat
- Drain tortellini, add to a pretty bowl and pour sauce over tortellini
- Top with Parmesan cheese if desired
