Recipe of the Week: The Ultimate Smoothie

A healthy and delicious snack that could even be considered lunch.

As we approach the holidays, it is going to become even harder and harder to maintain a healthy balance. That's why lately, I am attempting to find more ways to make healthy eating fun—and delicious. 

It's pretty much the end of smoothie season because of the colder weather, but I am going against the grain on this one because I am on a total smoothie kick. At the same time, buying bags of various frozen fruits also is a money saver, especially at Aldi's. Here's my latest smoothie creation!

What you need:

1 banana

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

2 frozen strawberries

Desired amount of Silk Light Vanilla Soy Milk

What you do:

Add the blueberries, strawberries, banana and soy milk. Blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
