Shoulder restrictions on westbound Parkway East (I-376) in Penn Hills and Monroeville, will occur through Friday, July 26, weather permitting.
The westbound shoulder will be closed as needed weekdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. between the Monroeville (Exit 84) interchange and the Penn Hills (Exit 81) interchange. Crews will be replacing a pipe in the shoulder area. Work will not impact any travel lanes, according to PennDOT officials, and all ramps will remain open.
Motorists are advised to use caution and slow down when traveling through the area.
