Office Building in Forest Hills Burglarized

Here are the police reports for April 26 to May 2.

Forest Hills police are investigating a burglary at an office building.

On April 29, the property owners of the building at 1501 Ardmore Boulevard reported that one of the suites had been burglarized over the weekend.

According to police, a suite that was being renovated for new tenants was broken into and items were stolen. Police continue to investigate.

April 26

Police responded to Ardmore Boulevard at Bevington Road after reports that a woman holding a baby had been kicked out of a vehicle. Police gave them a courtesy ride to Rankin.

April 28

Police found a motorist sleeping in his car at the traffic light on Ardmore Boulevard and Morrow Road. The motorist's license was suspended and the car's registration was expired.

April 30

Aractor trailer truck struck a yield sign and damaged a curb on Main Street and Geisler Drive.

May 1

A school bus hit a pedestrian on Greensburg Pike and Carl Avenue. The driver has been charged.

A motorist reported that another driver in a maroon Ford sedan was waiving a gun out the car window in what appeared to be a road rage incident on Ardmore Boulevard (eastbound). Police were unable to locate the motorist.

A Kenmore Avenue resident reported that someone had stolen a weed wacker and charger, an extension chord and a snow blower from her porch.

May 2

Police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Ardmore Boulevard and Filmore Road. A female had a head injury.
