Eat'n Park Wraps Up Celebration Friday

A kids meal program celebrating the 25th anniversary of the restaurant's "Smiley" mascot ends on Friday, July 29.

Eat’n Park Restaurants’ 99 cent Kids’ Meals promotion—which celebrates the 25th anniversary of the “Smiley” mascot—is coming to an end on Friday, July 29.

In addition to 99-cent meals, children will receive a free birthday treat bag with stickers, temporary tattoos, a collectible Smiley wristband and a Smiley cookie.

The birthday season for Smiley kicked off with a party at the Carnegie Science Center on Saturday, June 25. Fellow mascots showed up to celebrate with Smiley, including the Pirate Parrot, the Pitt Panther, the Penn State Nittany Lion, Kenny the Kangaroo and several pierogies from the PNC Park Pierogi Races. Guests were also invited to enjoy birthday cake with the characters and decorate their own Smiley Cookies.

Smiley has been making appearances at local Eat’n Park Restaurants and will continue to do so throughout the summer. To find the complete schedule for Smiley’s visits to Eat’n Park Restaurants, visit www.eatnpark.com/smiley_wheressmiley.asp.
