This week's restaurant spotlight is Triangle Bar and Grill, located on Monongahela Avenue in Swissvale.
Triangle Bar and Grill is a landmark, not just in Swissvale, but in the City of Pittsburgh. The restaurant has been open for more than 60 years, and was featured on the WQED special "Eat Pennsylvania: A Keystone Plate Special with Dave & Dave."
It's known for its "battleship" sandwich—a giant Italian hoagie that comes in the smaller "destroyer" and "torpedo" sizes—and also has a full menu of other sandwiches to choose from.
