Google Pittsburgh Hiring At Least 75 New Employees

Google announced Friday it plans to add at least 75 employees to its Pittsburgh office.

The Pittsburgh office specializes in Google's shopping product and targeted advertising, according to the Pittsburgh Business Times, so it will be looking for more computer scientists and engineers.

However, it will also start hiring other types of employees, with more diverse backgrounds, to help curate the shopping product, according to the report.

The office will employ about 275 people. The newspaper reports that there are rumors the company is looking to have as many as 900 employees at the Pittsburgh office in the future.
