St. Maurice Summer Festival Begins Wednesday

The festival runs Wednesday through Saturday!

Festival season is here, and St. Maurice Church in Forest Hills is hosting its annual event this week.

The festival begins Wednesday, June 5, and runs through Saturday, June 8. Ethnic dinners—Italian on Wednesday, Slovak on Thursday, traditional fish on Friday and pot luck on Saturday—will be served each night from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Festival fast food is available beginning at 6:30. Entertainment begins at 7.  

Food options include: hamburgers, hotdogs, popcorn, Philly cheese steaks, hot sausage,  soft pretzels, funnel cakes, fried dough, curly fries and ice cream.

There also will be games, raffles, face painting, a train and a moonwalk.
