Young Peoples Chorus of Erie Concert at FPCE

The first stop in the "YPC Erie Crosses the Commonwealth" performance tour by the Young People's Chorus of Erie is at First Presbyterian Church of Edgewood.  Inspired by the "Young People's Chorus of New York City", the Young People's Chorus of Erie provides children of diverse  faiths, nationalities, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds, from over 50 public, private, and parochial schools, an opportunity to work, sing, and perform together within a structured and focused outlet for their creative energy.   The Chorus will perform here in Pittsburgh first (Edgewood), followed by performances at Penn State, Harrisburg, Hershey, Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, and Scranton, PA.
