Winter Blahs? Check Out the Local Library Programs

C.C. Mellor, Swissvale Carnegie and Braddock Carnegie libraries offer a variety of programs.

This kind of weather is great for curling up with an afghan and a book.

But sometimes getting out can stave off a case of cabin fever.
