Wings Over Swissvale Takes Off Sept. 17
Swissvale Rotary is hosting this community event.
Wings Over Swissvale is a fundraising event being hosted by Swissvale Rotary in place of the Annual Corn Roast this Sept. 17.
The event will take place from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Les Getz Memorial Field off of Church Street. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12.
Each paying attendee will receive one wing from each vendor and attendees will have a chance to vote for their favorite wings.

Vendors will not only be able to sell their wings, but also any other food item they wish. Swissvale Rotary will have a booth selling beverages and T-shirts.
At the end of the event, the vendor with the most attendee votes wins the Wings Over Swissvale trophy to display in their establishment.
