Seeking the Owner of a Phone Lost in Regent Square

Regent Square real estate appraiser Steve Frank found a cell phone on the sidewalk along Sanders Street in Edgewood on Friday morning as he was walking toward his office.

"From the looks and brand, I suspect that someone is really disappointed right about now," Frank told Patch. "It appears that the owner has a lock system on it which would require a password. The real owner would be able to sign on when I hand it to them."

Frank was hoping an incoming call would come in so that person might contact the owner but none have—and he's afraid the battery will run out shortly.
